How does Countly count my days?
Countly works out which country you're in from your phone's location and counts the days you spend in each one. All of that happens on your device — your location and history are never uploaded to us. To count days automatically in the background you grant the "Always" location permission; you can also skip that and add days by hand.
Counting stopped or looks wrong
Open Settings → Background tracking and make sure it's on. On iOS, location must be set to Always (Settings → Countly → Location); on Android, choose Allow all the time. If a stretch of days is missing, use Settings → Verify gaps to fill them in, or add a stay manually from the History tab.
What do I get with Countly Pro?

How do I restore a purchase or move to a new phone?
On a new device, sign in to the same App Store / Google Play account and tap Restore purchases on the Countly paywall. Your day history lives on the device — back it up with your phone's iCloud / Google backup, or export it from Settings → Reports & export (Pro) and import it on the new phone.
How is my privacy handled?
Your location and country history stay on your device. There's no account, no analytics, and no selling of data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Erase all data permanently deletes your ledger, rules and settings on the device. Since nothing is stored on our servers, that's all it takes — there's no account for us to delete.
